Click the Documents button on the toolbar to enter the reports mode.
Purpose
Use this mode to route the documents to new output files. It has the capability to rename the entire file or to break apart the file, and separate it into smaller files, that can be routed independently.
Output Process
The process supports the use of one or two barcodes, which may be very different from each other. The data inside the barcodes can be assigned to more meaningful user variable names. The names can construct the output folder and file names of each document.
The process is organized by profiles, which define the rules and methods of the routing:
While the processing of the output is performed, the user may select to
- keep or discard the cover page printed with the barcodes
- keep or discard blank pages (which arise from duplex scanning)
