Troubleshooting

Barcode Director provides the following resources to help you debug and verify your process:

1. Exception handling - exceptions can be logged and reported, and the affected pages and files can be moved to a separate location,  the exception folder.  

• Exceptions include Input File issues, Duplicate ID, Invalid Characters, Multiple ID and No Document ID.

• Exceptions are reported in the Status Panel; click on the View All button to see them.

• They can also be seen in other reports such as the Document Input Report

2. Support Requests - if you get stuck, send a support request to Inlite for rapid assistance.
